Ruy de Mello Miller Advocacy is a law firm established in the city of Santos, on 6th July 1961, by lawyers Ruy de Mello Miller and Antonio Barja Filho.

Our office has been in charge of all legal assistance to the OGMO-Santos (Port Labour Management Agency in the Port of Santos) from its onset, and participated effectively in the implementation of Act 8630/93 – Port Modernization Act – in the ports of Santos and São Sebastião, counselling Port Operator Associations and OGMO’s in those ports.
