Our office has been in charge of all legal assistance to the OGMO-Santos (Port Labour Management Agency in the Port of Santos) from its onset, and participated effectively in the implementation of Act 8630/93 – Port Modernization Act – in the ports of Santos and São Sebastião, counselling Port Operator Associations and OGMO’s in those ports.
